
Chicken Tikka Masala
One chicken, one masala, one hot oven. Marinated in Akhals Chicken Tikka Masala with lemon — grilled until properly charred. Chips, salad and hot naan alongside.
Method
Marinate
Marinate the chicken in the tikka masala, lemon juice, oil — and the yoghurt if using. Longer is better; overnight is best.
Grill
Lay into a flat pan and grill in the oven until charred at the edges and cooked through.
Serve
Serve with chips, baked potatoes, salad and hot naan bread.
